Great cost-benefit option
This is a good option, good glycinate dose per serving, useful at night to enhance your sleep, capsules easy to swallow and good supply, however I had to stop using it because they don’t ship to my address anymore, sad

Sleeping again
This magnesium supplement has been a lifesaver! I’ve always struggled with winding down—my mind tends to race at night and my body just never feels fully relaxed or comfortable. Since starting this, I can finally sleep. It helps my muscles feel at ease, my thoughts settle, and I wake up actually refreshed instead of dragging myself out of bed. I’ve tried other magnesium products before, but nothing worked quite like this one. The difference in my sleep and overall calmness is night and day. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles to fully relax or get good rest!

Magnesium for sleep and anxiety
I have been buying these for years and they have helped me so much. I was told taking this paired with vitamin D would help with my anxiety and I really feel it has been helpful. The magnesium alone has helped so much with my sleep!!
