Helping me bulk up. Just eating meat wasn’t enough for me. In fact, if I take this I don’t need to eat as much meat, it helps me eat carbs and I feel full up and bulked, and the carbs are better for my energy levels, I am able to go longer, so I like taking this pill. Good.
