Great product for my lumbar back pain
These really have helped my overall back pain. I’m 76 years old and have had 6 lumbar back surgeries including a L4-L5 fusion. My overall back pain has diminished 90% in the last 5 months. I don’t have any other explanation except the Tumeric/Ginger capsules that I take twice a day and I still stay fairly active.
