Highly recommend for nutritional value!
Love these vitamins, I spent a long time looking for ones with everything required for mamas to be to take and these were the closest to what is required. Both “flavors” are strong but I personally don’t like mint, tried them out and was not the move for someone who has morning sickness so I’m sticking with the lemon. They go down easily especially with a favored drink if you have an issue with gagging while pregnant. Have been taking these for five months now and haven’t had any issues with my bloodwork levels. Def recommend!

Tasteful Prenatal without the Nausea
I have tried other prenatals and none are as good as these. The taste is great, lemon, and they do not make you feel nauseous if you have not eaten yet because they are extended release. Also, you don’t have to take 8 in order to get the nutrients, you take two which is so easy. It has all the essential needs for pregnancy . I started taking them before I became pregnant and felt great about the effectiveness and natural ingredients. The texture is perfect, they are perfect size you don’t feel like you’re having to choke them down. My energy level has escalated since I started these and I have never been happier knowing my baby and I are getting everything we need.

Best prenatal out there!
This is by far the best prenatal multivitamin I’ve used! I highly recommend it to all my pregnant mommas. It has a light lemon taste that makes it easy to swallow, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste like with other vitamins. You can even see the lemon inside the capsule! The size is just right—easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a prenatal that’s both effective and enjoyable to take!

Great but fish burps are real
Tried this prenatal as my IVF team said I needed one without folic acid. I really like it. The citrus taste isn’t bad. It reminds me of the lemon essential oil. But the claims of fish burps after taking it are certainly true. I take it at night right before bed to avoid this as much as possible. This is the only reason for removing one star. Other than that, fantastic product. I buy several at a time when they go on sale on Amazon or on the Ritual website.

Prefer this one over the mint
I have tried the mint and the lemon and I personally like the lemon better. The mint leaves a mint taste in your mouth for a while, but it was just too strong for me. The lemon is a little more subtle, and has a nice taste. I do still get fishy burps sometimes, but not all the time. I did find with the mint that I had to take it with food or I would get a little nauseous, but I haven’t had that problem with the lemon.

Eat BEFORE you take these
I am on my first week and so far so good! They do not bother by stomach at all. I will warn you tho, the “fish burps” are real if you take on an empty stomach. I learned that the hard way, and about puked. I had never experienced this before and it was awful!I can’t blame the brand for this though, because there is fish oil in this. It’s par for the course in my opinion, but just make sure you eat when you take them!

Fishy burp 😢
I wish I could give 5 stars as after doing so much research on which prenatal to buy these were the best vegan optionI finish one bottle of the mint taste and after that for some reason I couldn’t stand the taste any longer it made me so upset that I’d want to vomit and there is this weird fishy burp and taste when the pill goes down. I take it in the night so I don’t have to deal with the fishy burp but then when you get up in the night to use the restroom trust me that burp comesI guess not everyone will have the same experience but that’s how it went for me I am thinking to try the citrus flavor and see if I will have the same problem or I might need to switch to another brand

Great Prenatal, Just Wish It Were Cheaper
I’ve tried a handful of prenatal vitamins over the years and always ran into the same issues: they either upset my stomach, tasted awful, or were so huge I dreaded taking them. Ritual really nailed it with this formula. The mint essence makes them surprisingly refreshing (no dreaded fishy burps!), and I’ve had zero nausea taking them first thing in the morning.I love that the ingredients are clean, vegan, and traceable—you can literally see where they’re sourced from. Folate + choline give peace of mind for neural tube support, and the plant-based DHA is a game changer. The packaging also feels premium, which sounds small but makes the daily routine more enjoyable.Yes, they’re a little pricier than drugstore prenatals, but for me, the quality and ease of use make it worth it. If you want a prenatal that covers the essentials without the stomach drama, this is it.
