The best I have found
I recommend this, as I have tried others, and re-searched Mini, and found that this particular one, not only being doctor recommended, but effective as well. It is a bit expensive, but I would rather pay a little more and get results then save a little bit and get a placebo.. Only downside is the price, and the fact that these are huge to swallow.

I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately the cost is the reason. My husband felt it helped, but found pumpkin oil does the same.
