Good Value Turmeric Supplements
After taking these for about a month I cannot say how effective they may be. I had initially got these because of turmeric and had wanted to see how well these work for inflammation and pain relief. With Thanksgiving being a busy work season I thought this would be a perfect test. I will say that I did not get completely sore or experienced much pain after long and laborious days.These pills did not have any taste or smell so that was nice and considering the other ingredients I did find this to be of value when compared to store bought brands.Overall I think these could be an affordable option for those looking for similar supplements.

Quality Choice.
This bottle of Turmeric & Black Pepper is a great value for the price. The 1500 mg tablets are easy to swallow , have no bad aftertaste and are a good choice of nutritional supplement. I always look for Turmeric with the black pepper and this fits the bill. It is a standard bottle with standard packaging. The ingredients seem to mirror products on store counters but this saves a few dollars overall. I won’t review the medical benefits as they are different for everyone but overall this product is a quality choice.

It has potential
This turmeric supplement works, but could be so much better. I decided to try it as the price point was reasonable. Although it has good quality Non GMO, turmeric and black pepper, I dislike it when manufacturers use cheap fillers like magnesium stearate (a white powder used as an anti-adherent) and is of no use to your body.

Quick Absorption Vegetarian Capsules
It’s hard to always get fresh turmeric and it’s important to get turmeric and black pepper together when you are getting turmeric, so I appreciate this supplement.Piperine in black pepper actually enhances the absorption of curcumin, so it’s not like the black pepper is randomly there as like a supplement. However, this is totally something you can do at home in your cooking, no need for a supplement. This supplement just makes it easier to take.The pills don’t have a flavor and the gel cap is easy to swallow (2 pills for a 30 day supply). There are also no artificial colors and you can see how bright the capsules are, which is promising. Also it has two safety seals, which is some nice peace of mind.Curcumin can have drug interactions and the label does a good job of making sure people take precaution, but always do your own research before starting a new supplement.Overall I think this is a good supplement to use if you want to add bioavaialble curcumin to your diet and can’t do it with food.

A decent price for a supplement I take for overall general health. I have taken turmeric for years and I am in generally good health for a senior citizen so I think it works. I don’t know why it always seems to be made with black pepper (I think it’s for easier absorption). These are veggie capsules, non-GMO, gluten-free and also a purchase supports a small business, which I try to do when I can.
