So Important for PCOS symptoms
Hey yall, just wanted to leave this review for others who might be on the fence with this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks consistently and have noticed changes in my mood, my energy, and my overall health! This supplement, along with intermittent fasting for 16hrs a day and a total 180° in my eating habits has no only allowed me to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time, but I just feel GOOD. I had my last period from the 5th to the 10th of July, and I started taking this on July 13th. No, I am not pregnant (yet!🤞) but this supplement has regulated my cycles and for the first time is YEARS I ovulated 😭 I have 1 daughter who is 9 and we have been trying to have a 2nd since she was 2. Now some people may think this is TMI but I want to be real so other women in my situation don’t feel alone and helpless. Her bio father isn’t in the picture, but she has a dad who has raised her since she was 1.5yrs old. Now I always thought it was his fault we haven’t had any more because I already had a kid when we met, so its not me, right? Not the case.. we suffered 2 miscarriages early on (around the first 2 years of our relationship) and haven’t had a positive test since… I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but after BEGGING the ER nurse for an ultrasound and to not just shoo me away with an 800mg ibuprofen script, I saw what I knew to be true all along. MULTIPLE (probably in the high teens to 20’s) cysts on my ovaries. Ever since I was 12-13 when I got my first cycle, my periods have NEVER been regular. I’ll either bleed for 27 days straight or not at all for 6 months. Since taking control of my health and taking these supplements, I have noticed nothing but positive changes!! I am currently on my period now (1st day of my cycle, 8/5/22) and I can already tell the difference; the pain is usually excruciating and the bleeding nothing short of heavy, ans this is literally the most smooth period I’ve ever had 😂 I’m still cramping, but not to where I can’t get out of bed or do any daily tasks. It’s literally a light twinge that goes away after a few minutes. I’m hoping after this cycle we get good news 🤞 if not, I’m still going to continue using this supplement because it works wonders for my PCOS and next we will try using male Fertility supplements to promote motility in the sperm 😀 I hope this gives some hope and courage to those that are trying so hard to not only grow their family but change the way PCOS effects all of us!! Thank you for taking the time to read.(SIDENOTE) I have also been taking this coq10 along with the Myo every day, it helps dissolve the cystic fibroids on my ovaries to promote uterine and fallopian health after being destroyed by these cysts!

I’m 44 y’s/o and pregnant with my 1st
After 20+ Years of trying, it finally happened. I’m 44 years old and my boyfriend is 51. We only been together a few (under 6) times before it happened. I took Wholesome Story’s Myo & D-Chiro Inositol along with (forgot brand maker) Conception pills (blue label I think) I wasn’t consistent with either. I didn’t have faith let alone expectations. I really thought I was going through menopause. I got angry 😡 with God and completely lost my mind. I went to far and cursed 🤬God out. (I repented yall) I finally calmed down and had an honest conversation with him (God) about aborted souls and asked if he believed in recycling bc in the Bible, the question was asked about can these bones live? I asked can I have 1 of those souls. Didn’t have a man and wasn’t getting any randoms. I went through a very nasty break up in April. I mourned for months. Finally got back up, met my boyfriend at a work conference the end of Aug. WE DO NOT LIVE IN THE SAME STATE, but made time to (still do) see each other once a month. By 10-31-22 (Halloween) he asked me if I was pregnant. My mom picked me up from the airport one day and asked was I pregnant bc my lower stomach was “fat” as she described. It took me 2 weeks to take a test bc I was tired of seeing negative results. I had purchased a digital pregnancy test and vowed to never take it until I was to see a positive test. I also ordered Pregmate’s pregnancy strips along with ovulation strips. They were always negative. I began to cleanse my body, not drinking often, drinking water and eating veggies and fruits. I gave up. God sent an Angel to me in a dream and called me Sarah, and laughed at me. I told him my name ain’t Sarah. I’m so dumb y’all.. 2 weeks later I’m pregnant. I took 11 tests that night. Most were strips (Pregmate) these pills work. Stay calm. It won’t happen overnight but over time. Let it get into your system, it will happen for you too. Due 6-28-23. I’ll be 45 years old. Don’t give up. Fast & pray. Don’t beg. Remind God of his promises. I’m a sinner and he still chose to bless me at 44 years old. It’ll happen 4 u 2 💕😘

Watch out you might get sleepy
Aleyshia here 👋 I really liked these because they definitely helped with my appetite, BUT oh my goodness — they made me so sleepy! I tried taking them at different times of the day, rotated schedules, tested morning vs. night… nope. No matter what, I felt like I was auditioning to be the world’s most professional yawner. 😴Overall, I did like them and would’ve loved to keep going longer, but the daytime sleepiness was just too much. I only took them for about a month, so I don’t think I got the full effect of how they were supposed to work. My cycle didn’t even show up (I assume because I didn’t stay on them long enough).That said — the capsules were perfectly filled, everything was wrapped up nice and secure, no issues there. Just wish I could’ve stayed awake long enough to enjoy the full benefits! 😂

Ok so i wanted to write a detailed review about this product. I bought it a month ago as i was struggling with my hormonal imbalance for past 5 years. I have bloated weight gain, facial hair and sleep deprivation plus so many food cravings throughout the day. So after reading lot of good reviews i thought to give it a try. After using the pills for a month, i am able to give my honest review.Three things which i have noticed have been improved alot in my life are : i am able to loose some weight by controlling my diet (although i was on controlled diet earlier but zero results) i am able to control my food cravings. I am not super hungry throughout the day. Others are noticing that i am loosing some weight.2. My facial hair growth has been delayed. I was doing face laser to remove my facial hair but growth was still quite fast ( i do laser at home with laser machine) now my hair growth has been slow down since i am taking these pills3. Better sleep. I was struggling with my sleep as well. I used to sleep for max 4-5 hours through the night and i felt so lazy the next day. But my sleep has improved alot. Now i sleep around 7 hours, sometimes 7.5 hours and i feel much energetic next morning.I would definitely use this medicine for another two months as i am very happy with the results. And want to see more good results. I have PCOS and this was recommended to me as I was not too keen on the bc method. My period was extremely irregular and I had missed it for a few months before I took this supplement. However my period came exactly a month from when I first started taking these supplements and has been regular since (I am on my third month of taking it). I noticed an improvement on my hirsutism as well. With the excess hair growth coming in slower and less aggressive. Definitely worth a shot if you have PCOS!
