Feel better be better
I have been taking these now for about 2 weeks, they were recommended by a friend who takes them and said they are one of the most complete Multi vitamins on the market that I wouldn’t need to take and additional D vitamin as they have enough to satisfy my daily needs. So far i have noticed more energy i feel more awake and better overall mood. on the plus side i have also noticed better digestive health and less need for added fiber. I would say these are very effective. Four capsules a day seems like alot but easy enough if it makes me feel great and the price is comparable to much less effective vitamins.

For the life of me I don’t know why they won’t use real folate in their multi. Beef up the b12 and zinc a bit. All in all a great multivitamin. I like to split up the dose by morning/afternoon. Due to what I mentioned above I am however in the market for a better one.
