It’s just iron
This is just an iron supplement and not a thyroid supplement. Technically if you have very low iron levels you might not be making enough thyroid hormones though. The main ingredient in this is ferrous fumarate, which is gentler and more easily absorbed than other forms like ferrous sulfate. There’s also vitamin C and black pepper extract to further boost absorption. All in all this is a well formulated iron supplement, but it might not offer any additional benefits if your iron levels are already within normal range.

I got this mainly for the Iron and the promise that it is gentle on the stomach and it has been both. the absorption seems good as well. Further, this looks like it should and seems to provide the effects for which I take them for. I would get these again if they were a value.

It’s worth a try.
Brain fog, loss of hair, fatigue, that certainly describes me and that’s what this product says that it can help with. The packaging is good and the pills are easily tolerated. I’ve not had any negative side effects. Always consult with your doctor before taking any supplement.

Gentle Iron
The iron I was taking prior to this was making me very sick to my stomach so I needed something that would be easier for me to take so that’s why I tried this “easy iron” supplement. I like that this one includes the vitamin C to help the iron be absorbed. I still take it at night, so I don’t get nauseous but so far, I have no felt sick taking this one like I did the one before. The pill is easy to swallow and does not have any terrible odor or noticeable taste on my tongue. It seems like a good option if you need an iron supplement like I do, although it is on the expensive side for a 30-day supply. I’m a bit confused why this is labeled as a thyroid supplement though when this is clearly an iron supplement. I get that low iron can cause your thyroid to slow down but it can cause a lot of other issues as well so calling this a thyroid supplement is pretty misleading and I almost skipped right over it when I was looking for iron supplement options.
